These terms apply to your use of www.bettandemics.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from Bettandemics ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Bettandemics sells aquarium fish, lights, air pumps, submersible pumps, heaters, coolers, filters and related accessories. You can contact us at bettandemicscbe@gmail.com or on +91 96000 66497.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown in your cart at the time of payment is the price you pay.
• We try to keep descriptions, photos and prices accurate. Photos are for illustration, and the product you receive may differ slightly in packaging or appearance from the manufacturer's current version.
• We may correct an error in a price or description at any time. If a price was shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Products are sold subject to availability.

3. Live fish

Live fish are not sold through the online checkout. They are sold by enquiry (WhatsApp, phone or in person), subject to availability, and delivery or pickup arrangements and any live-arrival terms are agreed with you at the time of sale.

4. Orders and payment

• When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only after your payment is successfully received.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay and can be made by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking or wallet. Your payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure window and are never stored by us.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Electrical and electronic products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, running equipment dry, power surges, or normal wear.

7. Using the Site

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering, not to misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt it, and not to copy the Site's content for commercial use without our written permission. The Bettandemics name and logo belong to us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or our products, including loss of fish or livestock caused by equipment failure, power cuts or incorrect usage. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
